Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all coaching and training services provided by Arina Di Lao, ADacademy, to consumers and businesses.

2. Services

One-to-one coaching, team and corporate training and exam preparation in business English, German, Italian and Russian. Sessions run 60 minutes, online or in person by arrangement. A specific learning outcome or exam result is not owed; what is owed is the professional delivery of the agreed sessions.

3. Prices and payment

The prices listed on this website at the time of booking apply. Single sessions and blocks are paid by card at the time of booking. Companies can be invoiced with 14 days payment terms. A block of 10 is valid for 12 months from purchase.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Later cancellations or no-shows count as used. Sessions cancelled by me are made up at no extra cost.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving reasons (§ 11 FAGG). An informal email to arinadilao@gmail.com is sufficient. If delivery starts at your explicit request before the period expires, a pro rata fee is due for sessions already held.

6. Liability, materials and applicable law

Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for personal injury. Materials are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Austrian law applies; for businesses the competent court in [Innsbruck] has jurisdiction.
